Upload the `conflict-radar` folder to `/wp-content/plugins/`, or install directly through the WordPress Plugins screen. 2. Activate the plugin through the **Plugins** screen in WordPress. 3. Visit **Conflict Radar** in your admin menu to see your update history, error log, and health score. For error log monitoring, make sure `WP_DEBUG` and `WP_DEBUG_LOG` are enabled in your `wp-config.php`.
