Build a receipt in seconds using a clean line-item builder, then save it as a draft, email a polished PDF straight to your client, or download it for your own records. The plugin keeps a searchable list of your clients and products so repeat receipts take only a few clicks, and every receipt is automatically numbered (REC-0001, REC- 0002, …) and tracked through its lifecycle: Draft, Sent, and Paid. A dedicated Settings screen lets you configure your company details, logo, currency, default tax rate, bank/payment information, and the email template used when receipts are sent — all without touching a single line of code. If your store runs on WooCommerce, ezy Receipt Generator adds a “Generate Receipt” button directly on the order edit screen. One click pulls in the customer’s billing details and order line items to create a matching receipt, linked back to the original order. If WooCommerce isn’t installed, this feature is simply hidden and the rest of the plugin works exactly the same for manual, non-WooCommerce receipts. Upload the plugin files to /wp-content/plugins/ezy-receipt-generator, or install the ZIP directly via Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin. 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress. 3. Go to “ezy Receipt” in the admin menu. 4. Open Settings and configure your Company Info, Receipt Config, Payment Info, and Email Settings tabs. 5. (Optional) To enable PDF generation and email delivery, download fpdf.php from http://www.fpdf.org/ and place it at `lib/fpdf/fpdf.php` inside the plugin folder. 6. Start creating receipts from the Receipts screen, or generate one directly from a WooCommerce order. ## FAQ ### Does it work with WooCommerce? Yes! If WooCommerce is active, a “Generate Receipt” meta box appears on each order’s edit screen. Clicking “Generate Receipt” creates a receipt pre-filled with the customer’s billing information and order line items, linked back to that order. If WooCommerce is not installed or active, this feature is silently skipped and has no effect on the rest of the plugin. ### Can I customize the PDF? Yes. Through the Settings page you can set your company name, address, phone, email, website, and logo URL, as well as your preferred currency symbol/code, default tax rate, receipt number prefix, bank/payment details, and payment terms note — all of which appear on the generated PDF receipt. ### Do I need to install anything else for PDF generation? The plugin uses the FPDF library to build PDF files. Because FPDF is licensed and distributed separately, you need to download fpdf.php from http://www.fpdf.org/ and place it at `lib/fpdf/fpdf.php` inside the plugin folder. Until then, the receipt builder, client/product lists, and settings all work normally — only PDF download/ email will be unavailable. ### What payment methods are supported? Cash, Bank Transfer, Credit Card, FPX, Online Transfer, Cheque, and Other — selectable from a dropdown on every receipt. ### What statuses can a receipt have?
