uses all three of its plural forms, so “1 zajęcia”, “3 zajęcia” and “5 zajęć” each
read correctly.
**Every Pro add-on is translated into the same seven languages**, so a studio does
not end up with a French timetable and an English checkout. The Stripe subscription
flow, the personal-session booking wizard, the offline-payment order screens, the
attendance register, the fitness-tracking dashboard, the promotions and trial passes,

On a new install the **setup wizard** opens by itself. Answer a few questions —

use the samples or enter your own) — and it builds everything for you: classes with
their weekly times, trainers, pricing plans, a **Timetable** page with registration
switched on, and a **Pricing** page. It takes about a minute, and you can close
it at any time.
Prefer to do it by hand?
1. Go to **Gym Builder Settings** to set your currency, time format and pages

Yes. Gym Builder is theme-agnostic and tested with popular themes including Astra,

### Does this plugin support multi-language?
Yes, and for seven languages there is nothing for you to do. Gym Builder ships already
translated into **Italian, German, French, Dutch, Polish, Spanish and Mexican Spanish**.
Change your site language under **Settings General Site Language** and the whole
plugin follows — admin, dashboards, timetable, registration forms, calculators and
emails.
The Pro add-ons ship the same seven languages, so payments, bookings, attendance,

Translate or Poedit — saving it to `wp-content/languages/plugins/` keeps your wording

### Can I still translate Gym Builder into a language you do not ship?
Yes. Point Loco Translate or Poedit at `languages/gym-builder.pot`, which lists
every string in the plugin; each Pro add-on carries its own `.pot` in the same place.
If a language pack for your locale later turns up on translate.wordpress.org, WordPress
will load that in preference to anything bundled here, so community translations

Absolutely. Use the **Class Settings** and **Trainer Settings** tabs to change layouts,
posts-per-page, and design options. You can also override any template by placing
a file at `your-theme/gym-builder/.php` — Gym Builder follows the
WooCommerce-style template-override pattern.
### Is the plugin GDPR-compliant?
Yes. All member data stays on your WordPress site — nothing is sent to third-party
services unless you explicitly install the Stripe, Zoom, or WooCommerce add-ons.
### Does Gym Builder support recurring memberships?

Yes, in the free plugin. Each timetable slot has a Register button showing the places
left. Visitors register with their name, email and phone and choose one of the plans

the Pro Stripe or Offline Payments add-on, the chosen plan can be paid for at the
same time.
### Can visitors register for a class without a paid add-on?
Yes. Free class registration from the timetable is built in: the visitor becomes
a pending member with a login, their seat is held, and you activate them from **
Gym Builder All Members**. You can switch it off under **Settings Class Settings**.
### Does Gym Builder include a BMI Calculator and other fitness calculators?
Yes — four calculators are built in: BMI, Body Fat percentage, Water Intake, and

I’ve been using Gym Builder for a while now, and it has been an excellent addition
to my website. The plugin is well-designed, user-friendly, and packed with useful
features that make gym management much easier. The customization options are extensive,
allowing me to tailor the platform to my specific needs. The video guidance is amzaing!
It taught me many tip for wp editing. Customer support has also been fantastic!
The team was very responsive. Their dedication to improving the plugin and helping

printed on member ID cards and shown to search engines.
* Improved: Member ID card redesigned — front and back at real card size, with

with a Print button and prints both sides on one page with cut lines.

* Added: Free class registration from the timetable — Register button with places
left, pending member with login, seat held, emails to the member and the gym.

* Added: Logged-in members add classes from the timetable; a plan they don’t hold
becomes a request the gym approves or dismisses.
* Added: Members can hold several plans; the member dashboard and admin member
details list every plan with its dates.
* Added: Class Settings switch for timetable registration.
* Improved: Dashboard “Next class” shows the soonest class; “renews” is shown only
for plans that renew.
* Improved: A plan assigned by the gym is kept when a later purchase is made; a
member stays active while any plan runs.
