Asked developers for a refund or for them to fix this. They refused refund and have not fixed the plugin so the pro version for me has been a waste of money as I cannot use it and they have not fixed it. I even provided a video to show the issues but they are now just ignoring my emails so will have to use another solution and accept that I have lost my money. I contacted the developer hoping they would respond with a fix and all they said is that it works. I requested them to take a look and fix it and they have not responded and it’s been several days. The bottom line, this plugin DOES NOT work! The first criteria, a very very very strong password, like 18 characters with symbols numbers and special characters, + firewall, are a must, but if the site is really precious I would suggest installing their ip blocker pro version. consider strongly to get at least a VPS, and monitor events from inside the server on a regular basis, and discuss with their support team in case you need any doubts clarification. If your site does not contain any precious information and also don’t need features like blocking countries, auto ip-blocking, wildcard ips, ipv6, temporarily blocking & admin panel protection etc., then the ip blocker lite version is sufficient.
